NOW THAT'S SOME CRAZY $HIT!!
A trip to a clothing store for 49 year old Esther Mankge in search of a skirt turned into a nightmare last October as she found herself being humiliated and beaten after being accused of shoplifting.
The ordeal took place at the CB Clothing Store at Jane Furse Plaza in Limpopo.
Mankge found out about the tape a month ago and since has taken it to police.
She tells the Daily Sun that she was told to leave her bags at the door when she went inside. Then, when she was about to leave, the alarm went off.
“I hadn’t bought anything but a woman accused me of stealing panties and hit me in the face.”
“I cried and asked them to call the cops if I had stolen something.”
Instead, Esther was dragged into a storeroom and the beating began.
“They opened my handbag and scattered everything on the floor,” said Esther.
“Condoms fell out and they started laughing. One of them grabbed my phone, threw it on the floor and trampled it.Then the cruel beatings went on.''
The next day she went to a private doctor who was shocked by her injuries, especially around her private parts. She still complains of pain in her back.
She opened a case at the Jane Furse police station last Monday.
“The provincial cops called me to say they had seen the video and they wanted to find the people who attacked me.
“I went to the CB Clothing Store with them and they arrested five people.”
